Affiliate Agreement

The deal

When you join the Call Mabel affiliate program, you get a unique referral link. When someone subscribes to Call Mabel through your link, you earn 20% of each subscription payment they make during their first 12 months. It’s paid as they pay — on each monthly payment through their first year, or on the first annual payment (which covers that year). It is not a single lump sum for the whole year paid up front, and a commission is only earned when the customer actually pays.

How referrals are tracked

Your link sets a cookie that lasts 90 days. If the person subscribes within that window, the referral is credited to you. Commissions are recorded as “pending,” reviewed for legitimacy, then approved and paid out.

Getting paid

Payouts are made through Stripe. You’ll connect your bank account once via Stripe’s secure onboarding. We pay approved commissions on a regular schedule. You’re responsible for any taxes on what you earn.

The rules

Promote Call Mabel honestly. Do not: make false or exaggerated claims, promise outcomes we don’t promise, spam, bid on “Call Mabel” branded search terms, use misleading ads, or self-refer your own subscription. Always be truthful about what Call Mabel is — a daily check-in companion for aging parents, not a medical or emergency service.

Disclose that you may earn a commission, as the FTC requires (e.g., “I may earn a commission if you subscribe through my link”).

Ending the agreement

Either side can end this at any time. We may withhold or reverse commissions tied to fraud, chargebacks, refunds, or rule violations, and may suspend accounts that break these terms. Approved commissions already earned in good faith will still be paid.
