Refund Policy

Effective: May 18, 2026

This Refund Policy describes how Call Mabel handles subscription payments and cancellations. By subscribing to Call Mabel, you agree to this policy along with our Terms of Service and Service Agreement.

1. No Refunds

All subscription payments to Call Mabel are non-refundable. Once a payment has been charged for a billing period, Call Mabel does not issue refunds, prorated credits, or partial refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

2. Cancel Anytime — Stops Future Billing

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation immediately stops any future charges. You will continue to have access to the Service through the end of the billing period you have already paid for, after which the subscription will end and no further charges will be made.

3. How to Cancel

You can cancel your Call Mabel subscription in any of the following ways:

Cancellation requests are processed within one (1) business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your subscription has been canceled.

4. Billing Errors

If you believe you have been charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after a confirmed cancellation), email hello@callmabel.com within thirty (30) days of the charge and we will investigate. Where a billing error is confirmed, we will reverse the disputed amount.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. In nearly every case we can resolve the issue more quickly than a chargeback can. Disputes initiated without first contacting us may result in suspension of the account pending resolution.
