The fine print
Things worth knowing
Credits do not roll over month-to-month. Your monthly pool resets on your billing date. We size the pools so most families do not run out — but top-ups are there if you do.
Top-up packs stay until you use them. Top-ups sit on top of your monthly pool and carry forward as long as your subscription is active.
You see your balance live. Your dashboard shows remaining credits and a projected month-end balance based on how often you have been talking.
Safety alerts never cost credits. Family voice-call alerts on flagged concerns are included on every plan and do not draw from your credits pool.
