The Daily Check-In Service That Actually Pays Attention

Most families call Mom once or twice a week. That sounds like a lot until you do the math: between calls, anywhere from 72 to 168 hours pass. A fall on Monday afternoon doesn't get discovered until Saturday. A new confusion that started Wednesday gets dismissed as “Mom sounded a little off” until the next call.

Daily check-ins close that gap. The longest delay before something gets noticed shrinks from 7 days to 24 hours — and Mabel places an automated voice call to your family within minutes if she hears anything urgent.

And unlike weekly family calls (which can feel like a check-up), Mabel's daily calls feel like a friend. She remembers their gardening stories, asks about the grandkids by name, laughs at their jokes. The wellness tracking happens in the background.

1. Mabel rings their regular phone at the days and times you set in your dashboard
2. Mabel greets them by name, asks how they're feeling today
3. She talks through the day with them — “Is the bridge club today?”
4. She listens for changes — confusion, sharp new pain, sadness, slurred speech
5. She remembers across calls so the next conversation picks up where this one left off
6. If she hears something concerning, she places an automated voice call to your family contacts (up to 3, in priority order, with DTMF Press 1 to acknowledge or Press 2 to pass to the next person)

Family alerts are rolling out gradually as we complete calibration with our pilot families to make sure we only alert on real concerns (no false alarms). Daily summary emails to family are in active build.
